This week, I applied what I learned in class about creating a professional interior design presentation to improve my internship project. I’ve been looking back at my “Precision Melts into a Dream” to create a better layout and elevate the overall design quality for this office project.

I practiced visual communication, digital rendering, and presentation design — skills that help translate a creative vision into a clear, professional narrative.

Applying classroom lessons in a real-world setting has helped me understand how the quality of professional presentations influences the perception of design ideas. It’s one thing to design beautifully, but another to communicate that design clearly. Reworking my presentation has helped me strengthen both my design eye and my attention to detail — preparing me for future client and team presentations.

I drew inspiration from the images on the Rayon blog’s “How to Make a Great Interior Design Presentation” page (Rayon.design). That visual style really helped me sharpen my understanding of clean graphic design — particularly how layout, spacing, and typography interplay to create clarity and polish.
